Maintain under operational conditions the SQL Server Infrastructure in respect of the Support processes 2. Build, deploy and administer/manage the current and future SQL Server platforms. 3. Senior level of operational support on: - Troubleshooting, incidents and problem management, - Reporting and communication.

Maintains a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles. • Consistently logs, tags, tracks and resolves and close simple to mid-stream issues to the satisfaction of the customers. • Properly escalate and coordinate reported incidents by following the escalation process defined; • Follow appropriate handover process for outstanding logged tickets; • Responsible for updating documentation such as calls received and type of resolution given to a client;

Scheduling software administration and support: review/test/deploy new software versions, pro-actively follow-up on the platforms performances (capacity planning), platform incident follow-up and resolution in relationship with the Software Editor, assistance and expertise relay.
