JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Maintain under operational conditions the current and new network i nfrastructure and security solutions in respect of the Support processes
2. Build, deploy and administer/manage the current and new network i nfrastructure (including WAN, LAN, WLAN and network services like NLB . ..) and security solutions
3. Senior l evel of operational support on:
- Troubleshooting, incidents and problem management,
- Reporting and communication on activity, quality and performance of the network platforms and security solutions
- Ensure appropriate documentation, i ncluding procedures for supports.
4. Assist new implementations of all Network and Security Infrastructure components
5. Pro-active in ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency and life cycle over the network platforms and security solutions
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. 3-7 years experience in infrastructure, with 3-5 years as Network Administrator
2. Strong Knowledge of Cisco network products, Palo Alto, Riverbed
3. Self motivated, eager to l earn i n the IT profession
4. Team player must be able to work with people within and outside of the IT department.
5. Customer service oriented
6. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
7. English speaking mandatory (French reading would be appreciated)
8. Ability to analyze and synthesize situations and understand the business constraints
9. An experience of 2 years on palo alto is mandatory
